The 2016 ACM Honors ceremony will feature three familiar faces acting as the hosts of the show: 10-time ACM Awards-winning stars Charles Kelley, Dave Haywood and Hillary Scott of Lady Antebellum.

The ceremony, which will be televised for the first time ever in 2016, celebrates the special honorees and off-camera category winners from the 51st ACM Awards, which took place back in April. The special evening will take place on Aug. 30 at Nashville's historic Ryman Auditorium; the show will be produced for television by Dick Clark Productions and broadcast at a later date on CBS.

Included in the evening's awards presentations will be many special awards, as previously announced. Recipients include Carrie Underwood (ACM Lifting Lives Gary Haber Award), Glen Campbell (2016 Career Achievement Award), Crystal GayleTanya Tucker and the Statler Brothers (Cliffie Stone Pioneer Award), Little Big Town (Crystal Milestone Award) and more.

Performers at and an air date for the 2016 ACM Honors will be announced in the coming weeks. Ticket information will also be revealed soon.

Lady A have a big summer of touring planned before they host the ACM Honors: They're set to kick off a 22-date tour on May 27. And after the summer, the country trio will likely be spending some time in the studio again -- a welcome bit of news after their intentional step away from the spotlight.

“We’ve got a lot of people on salary and stuff, so we’re like, ‘Alright. This is a business,’” Kelley explains. “We’ll probably gear up and at least start cutting some stuff in the fall, as a band, but we’re just giving ourselves the luxury of time. We’re not going anywhere. We stay in touch as much as we always have, and we try to write when we can.”
