Country fans who catch Lee Brice's set at WE Fest 2016 in August are in for a real treat. The country singer-songwriter is one of the most passionate and talented artists in country music today.

Brice began his career as a songwriter, writing hits for other artists including Garth Brooks, for whom he penned "More Than a Memory." He's also scored cuts with Jason Aldean, Eli Young Band and Tim McGraw, which led to him signing his own artist deal.

He scored a big hit with the title song of his 2010 debut, Love Like Crazy, and landed one of the most emotionally impactful songs in recent years with "I Drive Your Truck," which took Song of the Year honors at both the ACM and CMA Awards. He's proven his staying power with subsequent hits including "I Don't Dance" and "Drinking Class," and his set at Country Jam in June was one of the highlights of all four days.

He's sure to electrify the crowd when he hits the stage on Thursday night (Aug. 4) to help kick off WE Fest 2016 at Soo Pass Ranch in Detroit Lakes, Minn. Amanda Watkins, LoCash, Joe Nichols and headliner Eric Church will also perform the first day, and this year's three-day country music and camping festival — which is one of the largest of its kind — will also features sets from Aerosmith singer Steven Tyler, Kid Rock and Tim McGraw, along with a daily lineup of the biggest acts and hottest rising stars in the genre.
