Fans know who's performing at the 2017 CMT Music Awards, but photos and video from rehearsal shows how they'll perform. From Brett Eldredge's dramatic entrance to Miranda Lambert's song choice, Wednesday night's (June 7) show promises plenty of left turns.

Lambert has chosen "Pink Sunglasses" for her performance because the song has been such a hit on the road. "And everyone's wearing pink sunglasses," she told CMT during rehearsals. "I'm so excited they've handed out like 1,000 pairs of pink sunglasses."

Eldredge will perform his current single "Something I'm Good At," and he promised an entrance that's unlike anything he's tried before. Rehearsal footage shows him being thrusted from behind the stage at one point, like he was shot out of a cannon or jumped off a trampoline. For the record, he stuck the landing in rehearsals, so there's nothing to worry about ... hopefully. He'll also have a drum line on stage with him.

Thomas Rhett will perform "Craving You," but while he'll be joined onstage with several beautiful backup dancers, it's not clear if Maren Morris will also take the stage with him. Luke Bryan and Jason Derulo are set to perform Derulo's song "Want to Want Me," which is up for the CMT Performance of the Year award.

"What's fun about this moment is when you certainly enjoy the company of the people you get to do these amazing moments with," Bryan says. "Even when we did Crossroads, it never felt like work."

The 2017 CMT Music Awards air at 8PM ET on June 7. In addition to the main stage several new acts like Jon Pardi and Chris Lane will perform at the Firestone Stage.
