Dwight Yoakam’s album If There Was A Way was certified platinum. The album would spawn 6 singles: "Turn It On, Turn It Up, Turn Me Loose" (#11), "You're the One" at (#5), "Nothing's Changed Here" at (#15), "It Only Hurts When I Cry" (#7), "Send a Message to My Heart", (duet with Patty Loveless - #47) and "The Heart That You Own" (#18).

Reba McEntire’s video Reba In Concert was certified gold. The video/DVD has since been certified platinum by the RIAA.

Roseanne Cash’s album Seven Year Ache was certified gold. The album produced three singles, all of which reached #1: "Seven Year Ache" "My Baby Thinks He's a Train" and "Blue Moon With Heartache".
The album was reissued on CD in 1984, 2002 and in 2005; the latter release received copy protection through Sony BMG's controversial XCP technology, one of the few country albums to use such technology.
