Aaron Watson has recovered his missing guitar. The singer shared his good news with fans on social media on Tuesday (April 25), after asking for their help in finding the guitar earlier in the month.

According to Watson's post, "a Good Samaritan came across [the guitar] and was able to obtain it and return it!" Watson believed that the custom-made guitar, which features three crosses, Bible verses and Watson’s logo, had been stolen out of his bus following a recent show in New Mexico, or possibly while the singer was traveling back to Dallas, Texas.

Although Watson said when his guitar went missing that "in the grande [sic] scheme of things, it is just a ‘thing,’ and it will be okay,” he is clearly very happy to have his prized instrument back. The singer-songwriter thanked his fans for their help in spreading the word about the guitar, adding "Woohoo!" and a short Bible verse to the end of his message.

Watson is currently out on the road for a tour in support of his newest studio album, Vaquero, released in February. The record follows Watson’s album The Underdog, which debuted at the top of the Billboard country charts, making Watson the first solo male artist to accomplish that feat with a self-released, independently distributed and promoted studio project.

“My approach to [Vaquero] was really simple,” Watson tells The Boot. “It’s basically the same kind of thing that I tell my two little boys before a big baseball game … ‘Hey, if you get out there and you give it all you’ve got, if you just go above and beyond, at the end of the day, whether you win or lose, you’re going to sleep good at night knowing you gave it your best effort.’”

A complete list of Watson’s upcoming tour dates can be found on his official website.
