Amy Grant will release her first new Christmas album in 20 years this fall. Tennessee Christmas will include 13 new recordings of popular holiday classics and heartfelt originals.

The album was recorded at Grant's home in Nashville, Tenn., and the singer felt that 2016 was the perfect time to release a new holiday album.

“I’ve loved traveling the world with my guitar, but my favorite musical memories have happened right here at home around Christmastime with family and friends,” Grant explains in a press release. “I hope we’ve captured some of that magic to share with all of you this holiday season!”

Grant collaborated with producers Mac McAnally (Jimmy Buffett, Martina McBride), Marshall Altman (Marc Broussard, Frankie Ballard) and Ed Cash (Chris Tomlin, David Crowder Band) on the project. Additionally, she will be touring leading up to the holidays to promote the release with Michael W. Smith and Jordan Smith, as well as assist in her annual Christmas at the Ryman December shows with husband, Vince Gill.

Amy Grant's Tennessee Christmas hits shelves on Oct. 21.
