Blue Water Highway Band's debut album, Things We Carry, runs the gambit. The six-piece band, based in central Texas, sing songs about love, and joy, struggles and heartbreak, and all in seamless harmony.

Yesterday I was listening to their cover of Marvin Gaye and Tammi Terrell's "Ain't No Mountain High Enough," I've done this several times since they published it last month, when Shani Scott, who runs the Urban AC station across the hall, came running in my office "Who is singing that music?!"

She was blown away by it, and asked that I send her the video, so I did.  And now I'm sharing it with you. To date the video has been shared 2,337 times and has racked up over 122,000 views.

Enjoy.
