Carrie Underwood is gearing up for football season already! The star has announced that she will be returning to Sunday Night Football on NBC for a fourth season in a row to be the voice and face of the famous opening, "Waiting All Day for Sunday Night."

Sunday Night Football tweeted the confirmation Thursday afternoon (May 19) with a candid photo of the "Church Bells" singer smiling in the studio. Underwood confirmed the news with a tweet of her own, showing excitement for another season:

Last year's Sunday Night Football promo featured Underwood and some eye candy football players, so we're all hoping this season's is more of the same. Underwood is on the road finishing up the last few shows of her Storyteller Tour, which wraps this week in London, Ont. That leaves her summer free to spend time with hubby Mike Fisher, who just ended his hockey season, and their baby boy, Isaiah Fisher. They might be busy finishing building their 'forever home.' The 33-year-old country star has also been nominated for a few CMT Music Awards, including Female Video of the Year, CMT Performance of the Year and Video of the Year, all for her single "Smoke Break."
