‘Catch of the Day’ – Artists of Then, Now & Forever – “Forever Country” [AUDIO]

Today's Catch of the Day breaks with our normal format, as we share a song with you that was being debuted this morning by radio stations across the country simultaneously.

Recently, 30 of Country music's biggest stars, past present and future, came together to pay tribute to the Country Music Association Awards 50th anniversary show, which will be hosted by Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood, and will air on ABC on November 2nd.

There is an incredible contest attached to this world debuted, which premiered on country stations across the nation at 8:30 this morning. In order to give you ample opportunity, we will playing the song on KLAW101 every four hours or so, plus it is posted to the contest page as well as here at the Catch of the Day. The contest calls for you to name the 30 artists

on the song, which combines versions of John Denver’s “Take Me Home, Country Roads,” Dolly Parton‘s “I Will Always Love You” and Willie Nelson‘s “On the Road Again.” You can enter the contest by following the link here, or at the bottom of the page.
