It's Thursday, and as we are accustomed to doing around here, today we feature another of the great unsigned or independent label artists trying to make it in Music City. Today a group trying to break from being known as one of the best thing in it's home state, to being one of the best things in music.

is rapidly becoming the best thing to hit Nashville from Missouri since Sara Evans. Fronted by lead singer Chelsea Seboldt, this quintet was formed in the fall of 2015, in Springfield, MO. The basis for the group, guitarists Jacob Watson and Chris Beasley, bass player Sawyer Rikard and drummer Dakota Watson, had been playing together for close to eight years, bringing in Seboldt to front the group.

The group began playing across their home state almost immediately, earning 2016 nominations for Group of the Year and Female Vocalist of the Year from the Missouri Country Music Awards. The band parlayed this success into more than 50 shows in its first full year together, including the 2016 Route 66 Festival in their hometown of

Springfield. They also secured shows at Nashville's legendary Tootsies Orchid Lounge in 2016, with the group's social media reach by leaps and bounds, adding over 16,000 followers that first year.
