Today our focus turns to another of the great unsigned or indy label artist that Nashville has to offer. Today a native of Tennessee, who has been lucky enough to team up with several of Nashville's best song writers since he made his move to Music City a few years ago.

Kingsport Tennessee native Brad Puckett was "born with music cursing through his veins." As a kid he would spent hours going through liner notes on albums looking to find out about the songwriters, in hopes of getting to write with the same people some day. After high school, Puckett spent several years playing in and fronting bands in the tri-state area, and finally in 2011 he made the move to Nashville to work on his craft. He quickly made the rounds of Music Row, earning the good fortune to write with such legendary songwriters as Kim Williams, a Songwriter's Hall of Fame member who has written #1 hits for Randy Travis, Garth Brooks and several others.

Puckett's hard work paid off quickly, as he signed with Phoenix Records in 2012. He went into the studio with producer Buddy Hyatt, Williams and his daughter Amanda (who wrote "Beer Run for Brooks and George Jones), Keith Anderson ("Picking Wild Flowers") and several of Nashville's best songwriters to prepare Puckett's album.

The self-titled album was released in 2013 and earned Puckett several independent music awards, including the 2014 Nashville Independent Artist of the Year. His debut single, "At Least I'm Feeling Again" made it onto the Billboard Country chart and the video received significant airplay from CMT and GAC, impressive achievements for an indy artist's debut. He has opened for an impressive list of Nashville's 'Who's Who', including Brooks and Dustin Lynch, just to name a few.

Puckett is currently in the middle of his Same Ol' Crazy Tour, while preparing the release of his second album. We have the lead single from the album in our spotlight today. Brought to you by All American Super Car Wash of Lawton, Brad Puckett and
