It's Thursday, and as we do every week, today we feature one of the great unsigned or indy label artists that Nashville has to offer. Today an artist who graduated from the renowned Julliard School of Music and who was recently named a "one to watch" by a major music publication.

Caroline Jones is an inspiring singer and songwriter who recently named to Rolling Stone Magazine's list of "10 Country Artists You Need To Know", as well as earning a place on Vevo's Dscvr list of young up-and-coming performers. Both honors applauded Jones' ability not only as a vocalist, but as a multi-instrumentalist who plays guitar, banjo, harmonica, keyboards and lap steel guitar on tour and on her debut EP.

A true renaissance woman, Jones writes all of her own songs, plays the instruments, produces the projects, all while hosting her own weekly program on Sirius/XM. All this while touring high schools and colleges across the country with her The Heart Is Smart initiative, which saw the Connecticut native share her love of music with over 150,000 students with her performances and workshops.
