Each and every Thursday, we strive to bring you new music from the best unsigned or indy label signed country artists from around the country and around the world. This week, we bring you a country-rock band that came together as writers and as live session musicians, coming together from other bands, and finding that their high energy performances led to bigger and bigger gigs every time they took the stage.

Coming out of the high deserts of Calfornia, the influences that led to the group Jagertown are as diverse as the group itself. From Eric Church to Lynyrd Skynyrd to Chris LeDoux, those influences are heard in the band's near perfect harmonies, rockin' guitars and smooth, subtle lead vocals. While they scatter country and southern rock standards in their shows, it's this quintet's self-penned original songs that keep audiences coming back for more, show after show.

With the release of their debut album Small Town Superstars in 2015, Jagertown showed they were ready to take the reigns of the country/rock scene, selling thousands of copies in its first week of release. Their arrival as the next big group in the country music world has been solidified with the release of their second album Love On The Radio. The lead single from that second album is in our spotlight today. Jagertown and "That Girl" is today's Unsigned/Indy Artist Thursday Catch of the Day, new music you haven't heard, but you'll want to hear it again.
