It's Unsigned/Indy Artist Thursday at the catch of the day, and today we bring you a young singer/songwriter that has quickly become the voice of the American trucking industry with a style and presence that celebrates the hard working men and women that make things move.

Lindsay Lawler is quickly becoming the face and voice of the American trucking industry, providing a soundtrack for the lives of countless truckers across America. Lindsay brought her signature brand of rockin’ country vocals and dominant stage presence to the 2010 Great American Trucking Show in Dallas, TX. It was there that she formed a partnership with the Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) and has since been named the official spokesperson of TCA's Highway Angel program, which recognizes truck drivers who have saved lives, performing extraordinary acts on the road. With its message of hope and mercy, Lindsay's "Highway Angel" has become an anthem for truck drivers, giving her tremendous exposure in the industry.

Citing Miranda Lambert, Gretchen Wilson and Reba McEntire among her influences, Lindsay grew up in Texas and Oklahoma and carries on the strong, independent tradition of these artists. Lawler spent several years performing in Los Angeles before settling in Nashville in 2007, where she met her writing partner and producer, Chris Roberts.

Despite a demanding touring schedule, Lawler finds time to write and record on a regular basis. In April, she headed out on her 2015 Highway Angel Truck Stop Tours, in support of the TCA. Lindsay also found the time to release her second album, Two Peaches Six Cookies in April. The first single off of that album is in our spotlight today. Our Catch of the Day for Unsigned/Indy Artist Thursday is Lindsay Lawler and "Goodbye Go". new music you haven't heard, but you'll want to hear it again.
