Today we take a look and listen to the latest from a band that came together in 2002 and have grown together and stayed together up and down the road. A band that has played 200 shows a year and found that a lot of things have changed, but not the camaraderie that brought them together to begin with.

The Randy Rogers Band knows that authenticity isn't something that can be created, it comes from experience. It's the byproduct of hard work, days upon days on the road and a mutual love of the music that can't be faked. If every note, every word, every chord doesn't ring with authenticity, its not being played by the Randy Rogers Band.

The Randy Rogers Band may be the best kept secret in American music. As far back as 2007, when they were named by Billboard Magazine, along with U2 and the Rolling Stones as "must see" artist of the summer of 2007, when they earned $2.5 million, a staggering amount for an unheard of act. In that year, they opened for Willie Nelson, the Eagles, Gary Allan and Dierks Bentley, getting their name out to the masses, but still continued to do things their way.

The Randy Rogers Band has released 9 albums since 2002, and the majority of those have been on smaller, independent labels. Their singles have been popular with their fans, but not with country radio, and their live shows sell out wherever they play. Their latest album, Nothing Shines Like Neon, was released in January of 2016 and climbed as high as #5 on the Billboard Country Albums chart. The second single from that album is in our spotlight today. Brought to you by All American Super Car Wash of Lawton, "Meet Me Tonight" is today's Catch of the Day, new music you haven't heard, but you'll want to hear it again.
