Today we take a look and listen to the latest single from an artist who was born into a military family in Dothan, AL. An artist who played every instrument on his debut single, and may just be one of the best multi-instramentalists in Nashville.

Despite being born in Dothan, AL and calling himself a Georgia boy at heart, Seth Ennis grew up on military bases across the globe. From Dothan to Raleigh, NC to Japan, and many places in between, Ennis' family crossed the globe during his youth, but when he was old enough to be on his own, the singer chose Valdosta, GA as his home. In 2013 he moved to Nashville to pursue his music, signing up for a battle of the bands contest almost as soon as he landed in Music City. He had been but on the stand-by list, and when one of the original competitors dropped out, Ennis was in. It was a case of right place-right time as he went on to win the competition, earning him a spot in the lineup of the CMA Music Festival.

At Music Fest, Ennis caught the eye of executives at Sony Music Nashville as well as producer Corey Crowder. It led to his signing with Sony in 2016, and convinced Crowder he needed to work with the 22-year old singer. While writing material for his first project, Ennis kept himself afloat by writing songs for other artists, including Tyler Farr's 2016 single "Our Town". After spending over a year in the studio producing Ennis' debut album, the lead single, "Woke Up In Nashville" was released in February. The song peaked at #45 serving as the lead-in for the album, Mabelle, which was released March 3rd.

The second single from the album is in our spotlight today. Brought to you by All American Super Carwash of Lawton, Seth Ennis and "Look At You" is today's Catch of the Day, new music you haven't heard, but you'll want to hear it again.
