‘Catch of the Day’ – Tim McGraw & Faith Hill – “Speak To A Girl” [AUDIO]

Today we turn our focus on the most successful husband and wife team of the modern country era, a duo that has had 7 top-10 hits together, and individually they've scored 81 top-10s, 33 number 1's and 19 platinum albums. All this and they have managed to stay together for more than 20 years and raise three beautiful daughters.

Faith Hill and Tim McGraw met in 1996, when Hill was the opening act for McGraw's Spontaneous Combustion tour, a tour that was appropriately named. At the time Hill was engaged to producer Scott Hendricks, but soon broke off the engagement and

started dating McGraw. Sparks flew, and by October of that year, the two were married. Their marriage has produced, along with 7 top-10 singles, 3 daughters, Audrey 15, Maggie 18, and Gracie, who makes her professional singing debut singing on "Here Tonight" from dad's recent album Dam Country Music, is 19.

And while Tim & Faith have scored seven top ten hits together, "It's Your Love" (1997 - #1), "Just to Hear You Say That You Love Me" (1998 - #3), "Let's Make Love (2000 - #6 "Angry All The Time" (2001 - #1), "Like We Never Loved At All" (2005 - #5), "I Need You" (2007 - #8) and "Meanwhile Back At Mama's" (2014 - #7), they have never worked on a duets album together. But the pieces for a joint venture came

together when they both recently signed with Sony Music earlier this year, and a third joint tour, the Soul2Soul 2017 tour was also announced, and is set to launch April 7th in New Orleans, with the Brothers Osborne, Jon Pardi and Chris Lane set to open.
