Today's Catch of the Day comes to us from a native Oklahoman, who besides being an award winning recording artist, has also taken turns at producing, semi-pro football, acting, restauranteur, record label owner and professional wrestler.

It's a shame Toby Keith doesn't have any hobbies.Toby signed to Mercury Records in 1993, producing his first 4 studio albums and his first greatest hits package for the label. His debut single, "Should've Been A Cowboy" which ranked as the top played country song for the decade of the 1990s. The song has received more than three million spins since its release, according to Broadcast Music Incorporated.

The first release from the album, its title track, ranked as the number 1 song for the year 2000. He released four more studio albums and a second greatest hits package for the label, but when it closed in 2005, TK decided to try his hand at running his own label, founding Show Dog Records that same year. He has released 9 albums on the label, as well as a career encompassing 35 Biggest Hits in 2008. Keith has released 60 top 40 singles, 41 of which have reached the top-10. 20 of those singles have reached the #1 spot on the Country chart.
