The main topic for the past several weeks has been the loosening of COVID-19 restrictions and mask mandates. Seems more and more cities, counties and states are doing way with their mandatory regulations and rules concerning public health, as it relates to the pandemic. Of course this has caused a lot of heated debate and arguments over the past couple of weeks. Some say it's too early and others are saying it's about time. Now that we have a wide spread COVID-19 vaccine and most of the population is getting vaccinated, we're all wondering when we'll be seeing a return to normal?

Apache Casino Hotel proudly announces a 2-night rock fest on Friday/Saturday, October 15/16, 2021 featuring hard rock 80’s bands QUEENSRŸCHE, GREAT WHITE, SLAUGHTER, and VIXEN.

AMERICA is rescheduling their April performance at Apache Casino Hotel to a new date of Saturday, November 13, 2021.

These shows will officially be the grand finale to Billy Bob's Texas 40th Anniversary celebration spanning the entire month of April and now extending into the first weekend of May.

There's no cover charge, but donations for the Youth Opportunities Center will be greatly appreciated.

The Lawton Philharmonic Orchestra has partnered with KCCU to celebrate the 250th birthday of composer Ludwig van Beethoven

77th Army Band "The Pride of Fort Sill" is planning a couple of virtual holiday concerts. Unfortunately due to the COVID-19 pandemic they were unable to perform live at McMahon Auditorium this year for their annual Yuletide spectacular. However, we'll still get to see them perform virtually on their official Facebook page.

Yesterday (10-05-20) the news broke that the MEGA three day, three stage live music festival Rocklahoma was going to be moved to Labor Day Weekend in 2021. This will be the very first year that the festival will be in the Fall vs Summer. Normal Rocklahoma takes place during Memorial Day Weekend. This year (2020) was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

We're finally gonna get some live music this Labor Day weekend in Medicine Park, OK. with the 2020 Mayor's Blues Ball. Three full days of great blues music, cool vendors, delicious food and incredible scenery. it's just what the doctor ordered!

Cheech & Chong are coming to Lawton, Fort Sill to the Apache Casino Hotel Thursday, November 19th 2020 (11-19-20) for one night and one night only. The dynamic comedy duo is back out on the road and we'll be seeing them right here in Lawton.
