This week's Chef Seth recipe is one of the most requested items for Pot Luck around the radio station.  We named it for our former General Manager Kim Dodds, who would probably tell us we should name it for her husband Mike because the recipe came from him originally.

This is a recipe that came from their church Pot Lucks and it's so simple and takes only a few minutes.  Really the thing that takes the longest would be rinsing and taking the grapes off the vines.

Watch as Chef Seth demonstrates this delicious favorite.

Here's the recipe:

1 lb. Light Brown Sugar

1 16oz container of Sour Cream

1 16oz tub of Whipped Topping

Green or Red Seedless grapes.  You can add as many as you want.  I usually use two clusters.

Cream the brown sugar and sour cream together, fold in the whipped topping, add rinsed grapes and chill until serving.
