Comanche Nation Casino Idol Winners Announced!

After eleven weeks of competition and almost 200 contestants, the best singing talent in Southern Oklahoma has been found!

Saturday, June 29 the top ten performers - chosen by the judges based on singing talent, stage presence, and audience engagement - took the stage and performed two final songs in hopes of taking home the cash prize and being crowned the winner of the second annual Comanche Nation Casino Idol. The top ten contestants were:

Jordan Bennett
Chara Bleer
Amanda Taylor
Shalasha Cooley
Chris Whalen

And now, without further ado, we give you the Comanche Nation Casino Idol winners!

1st Place: Anjelika Ramsdell ($5,000)

2nd Place: Sheena Hines ($2,500)

Sheena Hines was also voted the audience fan favorite, a title that comes with bragging rights and two tickets to see Trace Adkins live at Fort Sill Polo Field.
