Conway Twitty ‘Slow Hand’ KLAW Classic [VIDEO]

How many artists can pull off a Bette Midler, The Eagles, and a Pointer Sisters song?  Well, none other than Conway did all three!  ‘The Rose’ from Bette Midler, ‘Heartache Tonight’ from The Eagles, and today’s KLAW Classic from The Pointer Sisters.

‘Slow Hand’ was recorded by Del Reeves at the same time that The Pointer Sisters had it on the Pop side in 1981.  But it reached the top of the country charts the next year by Conway Twitty.  It was his 30th song to reach #1, and the final song to have multiple weeks in that spot.  From 30 years ago, here’s your KLAW Classic, ‘Slow Hand’.
