Cassadee Pope released the first single from her upcoming sophomore album, that should be released sometime in 2016. A female ballad, I Am Invincible is sure to touch the hearts of lots of women.

Billboard.com describes the song;

As the title suggests, “Invincible” is a self-empowerment anthem that recalls similarly inspiring tracks from female artists, such as Kelly Clarkson’s “Stronger (What Doesn’t Kill You),” Katy Perry’s “Roar” and Rachel Platten’s “Fight Song.” Fittingly, the “Voice” champ will perform the motivational single at the Special Olympics opening ceremony on July 25 in Los Angeles.

Our staff at TheBoot.com had this to say about the song:

The power ballad’s melody and strong guitars, accentuated by Pope’s killer vocals, hearken back to her pre-country music days, when she was the lead singer of the pop-punk band Hey Monday.
