Never ones to keep quiet about their political beliefs, the Dixie Chicks are using a video montage during their DCX MMXVI World Tour to express their anti-Donald Trump views.

During their song "Goodbye Earl," the lyrics of which tell the story of two longtime girlfriends who conspire to kill one's abusive husband, the Chicks display a video backdrop of shocking newspaper headlines and photos of evil men -- one of whom is Trump. The Republican presidential candidate's photo, however, received an extra treatment: the addition of drawn-on devil horns and a mustache / goatee combination.

NBC New York reports that the Dixie Chicks -- Martie Maguire, Natalie Maines and Emily Robison -- used the video clip during their tour's first North American stop, in Cincinnati, Ohio, on Wednesday night (June 1). However, Twitter videos and tweets from some of the Chicks' DCX MMXVI shows in Europe earlier this year show the montage in use then as well.

As most country music fans know, the Dixie Chicks were blacklisted by a number of country radio stations and fans following Maines’ now-famous comments about then-President George W. Bush in 2003; in fact, the group had previously said that they weren’t sure if they’d be welcome to perform on American soil, given the response. However, the group's manager reports that ticket sales for their summer tour "have been ridiculous," and the country trio recently added a new string of shows to the trek.

Earlier this year, Maines used her Twitter account to blast then-Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz, riffing on her Bush remarks by saying, "Just so you know, I'm ashamed Ted Cruz claims to be American."
