Many of you know that I have been on a nutrition program for the last few months with awesome results.  I love to see the progress, so I weigh everyday.  I know that I shouldn't, but I just can't help myself!  I want to know whether I can celebrate or punish myself for being bad I guess.  Today I am celebrating a milestone!  Twenty Six pounds since April with the help of Pair of Dice Nutrition.  Go me! 

Most diets or programs will tell you to only weight once a week, as weight will fluctuate on a daily basis.  I don't buy it!  I say weigh everyday!  What about you?  Do you weigh everyday?
