Daylight saving time (DST)—is the practice of advancing clocks so that evenings have more daylight and mornings have less. Typically clocks are adjusted forward one hour near the start of spring and are adjusted backward in autumn.

I cannot tell you how many times I have forgotten to change my clock for either the Spring or Fall Daylight Savings time ritual.  It will either make me early or late for church every time.  No matter how many times I remind myself to change my clocks, there are always some that will take up to a week to get changed, like the one on the VCR, the microwave, the stove, and that clock over my china cabinet!  This is your friendly reminder to Spring Forward from me...and Charlene from the Morning Crew!
