Rules
Main Dish must be made in at least a 12” Dutch Oven.

Must use wood chips or charcoal briquettes for heat source.

All dishes must be made on site.

Set-up between 8:00 and 10:00am

Contestant should bring everything they need to cook their dishes
Cooking Barrels will be provided on site.

bring an easy-up incase it rains

Contestants should bring all tables and ice chests

Judging will be based on originality, presentation, taste, team work and inspiration And work on a points system based on the
average of all three categories
(example Main Dish 5 points, Side Dish 8 points, Dessert Dish 6 points…average 6.33 overall points)
