Garth Brooks just announced his biggest tour ever. The Country Music Hall of Famer will tour stadiums in 2019.

During a press conference at the Country Music Hall of Fame on Wednesday (Oct. 17), Brooks revealed that the tour will begin in the spring at the Dome at America's Center in St. Louis, Mo. He also indicated there will be 30 stadiums on his tour, with 10 to 12 per year over the course of three years.

"This one is going to be so special, so rare," he says. "This one's going to be fun and each one's going to be unique — their own thing."

The second venue will be State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Ariz. (Phoenix). Five shows will go on sale before Christmas 2018, and while Brooks couldn't reveal the remaining three stops, he strongly insinuated he'll be playing Gillette Stadium in Foxborough, Mass., and AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

Additionally, Brooks says that his Oct. 20 show at the Notre Dame will be a one-off, as it's going to be recapped on CBS on Dec. 2 at 8PM ET. He likes to film shows at the very end of a run, meaning the upcoming stadium dates will be a total reboot.

"I think the challenge is do the best you can, try and blow it out of the water at Notre Dame, and then make that what you beat every time you go out," he explains of his approach.

The stadium shows are still being planned, but Brooks suggested fans treat it like "game day," sharing ideas ranging from asking fans to paint their faces in their team's color, to a halftime that features sports and inclusion of the "G-Men" at shows. These are the men who played on his record with him decades ago. Right now these are just ideas, but the 56-year-old is clearly dreaming big.

"I can't think of how to make music more fun than to add sports to it, so this is going to be a lot of fun," he says. "It's great because you can the ideas as far as you want."

It's not clear if Trisha Yearwood or anyone else will open shows on his stadium tour. "This whole thing's about sincerity, it's about love," he continues. "That's how you reach the person in the very back — that's what it's all about."
