Garth Brooks is in the Country Music Hall of Fame

Garth Brooks, Oklahoma native, is officially inducted in the Country Music Hall of Fame. He is currently the youngest inductee, age 50 to be giving such an honor. For the past several years he has been in semi-retirement, raising his children with his wife Trisha Yearwood.

During the ceremony, Books said that he is honored and now he needs to make sure he takes this honor somewhere it has never been taken before, as reported by CBS. The country singer also hinted he might be gearing up for a new tour possibly in the next few years.
