Lawton native and Executive Producer of 'Last Man Club', Linda Pandolph is excited about the future of her first feature length film.  With more than a thousand likes on Facebook and over 10,000 followers on Twitter, 'Last Man Club' is earning public support.  That's one of the steps to making it's big screen debut.

Some of you were able to attend the screening for the film locally last month at the Carmike Cinemas. If you weren't able to attend here's a short review of the film.

Last Man Club is a movie that will touch you to your very core. The lead characters played so skillfully by veteran actors Jim MacKrell, Morgan Sheppard, Barry Corbin, and the lovely Kate French, could be your uncle, your grandfather, your Dad, or your best friend.  The film follows the friendship of 4 World War II Veterans on their way to complete a lifelong promise.  The chance encounter with a girl in trouble adds rich humor to the sad reality of our generation. Last Man Club touches on real life issues; elderly parents, PTSD, Alzheimer’s, and the need for strong Father figures, all neatly packaged with humor and good old fashion fun.  It will make you cry, but leave you with an honest ‘feel good’ emotion.  Superbly written and directed by Bo Brinkman, and produced by Lawton native, Linda Benefield Pandolph, Last Man Club is a movie that you will want to see again and again.
