Kacey Musgraves' much-anticipated debut album finally has a release date. 'Same Trailer Different Park' will hit shelves on March 19. The 24-year-old singer-songwriter has released three albums on her own over the past decade, but this marks her first on a major label.

The album's title comes from its hit single, the terrific 'Merry Go 'Round,' which is a Top 15 hit. And like that song, Musgraves had a hand in penning all of the tracks on 'Same Trailer Different Park.' She also co-produced the album with hot songwriters Shane McAnally and Luke Laird.

"The making of this record was such a fun and meaningful time for me," Musgraves shares. "As a writer, singer and producer I learned so much throughout the whole process. I am proud and excited to present a project ... that came from a very real and inspired place in my brain and heart."

'Merry Go 'Round' has snagged tons of great press since it was released in September. Rolling Stone named it one of the Top 50 singles on 2012, and the song placed in the Top 30 in The Village Voice's influential Pazz & Jop critics poll. And, NPR named Musgraves the Best New Artist of 2012 based entirely on her song about small-town life.

The Texas native was recently nominated for her first Academy of Country Music award as best New Female Vocalist. She'll find out on April 7 if she won. Musgraves is currently on the road with Little Big Town before heading out on tour with Kenny Chesney this summer.
