Kacey Musgraves plans to take her new Christmas album on the road this fall. The singer announced an eight-city tour on Monday morning, with stops in New York City, Canada and Nashville.

A Nov. 28 show at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium is among the stops on A Very Kacey Christmas Tour. The short run begins Nov. 26 in Windsor, Ont. and continues through Dec. 17 in Evansville, Ind. No opening acts have been announced for her first headlining Christmas tour.

"I'm so excited to tour my first Christmas album and to get festive with this music! It was such a blast to make," Musgraves says in a press release.  "I'm making sure these are going to be some very magical nights!"

Tickets for six of the eight shows go on sale Friday (Sept. 30), with the Dec. 9 and Dec. 10 shows going on sale Oct. 7. Musgraves’ A Very Kacey Christmas album will be available on Oct. 28, featuring appearances from the Quebe Sisters, Willie Nelson and Leon Bridges. There will be four original songs and eight well-known classics.

“I’m describing it as part western swing sprinkled with bits of classic pop, hazy Hawaiian moments and child-like fun that all comes to nostalgic/melancholy end and ultimately is very ‘me,'” Musgraves writes on Instagram.

A vinyl version of the album will be available on Nov. 18.
