Lawton’s Largest Garage, Antiques & Collectible Sale 2018

This year, Lawton's Largest Garage Antique and Collectible sale is back and better than ever! At last year's event, I was really amazed not only with how much merchandise there is to choose from, but also with the fine craftsmanship of a lot of the hand-made items. I could tell the design quality of some of the products took some real artistry. This year's Garage Sale 2018 is expected to be even better!

Last year I purchased items from a woman whom I affectionately refer to as The Monopoly Lady. She was an avid collector of rare versions of the board game and had collector's editions from; The Beatles, Elvis, Kiss, The United States Army, The Wizard of Oz, Scooby-Doo, The Hard Rock Cafe, The Star Wars Trilogy and much more! She even had an inflatable Monopoly board game! I still have yet to play or even open up the board games, because of course, I'm expecting for them to be worth millions one day, lol!

As a Townsquare employee, one of my responsibilities is to work the event, but lemme tell you... it will be incredibly hard to not walk around the Coliseum buying up all the great deals. The impulse to shop is almost always impossible to resist! "Just put it in the bag" is the catch phrase of the day, lol! Honestly, I may leave my purse in the trunk of my car just so I don't go overboard with spending.

Lawton's Largest Garage Antique & Collectible Sale will take place THIS WEEK Friday, April 12th from 8a-5p, and Saturday, April 13th from 8a-3p.

Townsquare Media will also host a blood drive with the Oklahoma Blood Institute on Saturday, April 14th from 9a-1p. You will have the chance to donate blood for your chance to WIN a FlatSafe Storm Shelter. Saving a life today could save your life tomorrow.
