Lindsay Ell has shared a beautifully simple new music video for her latest single, "Waiting on You." Readers can press play above to watch.

Ell's "Waiting on You" video heavily features Ell and her band playing the track in a well-lit warehouse, mixed with shots of a tank top-clad hottie listening to records on the floor of a wood-paneled room. The simplicity of the clip, which was directed by Peter Zavadil, matches Ell's blues-inspired love song perfectly.

"Waiting on You" showcases Ell's strong guitar skills, but doesn't hide her vocals, which take the listener through all the stages of love. Ell tells tells Rolling Stone Country that the song is "the progression of a relationship -- of wanting love, of finding love, of deciding when love is not right, of letting go of love when it's okay to give yourself permission to be like, 'I need to move on from this,' and having hope that you're gonna find love again."

The guitar that Ell plays in her "Waiting on You" music video was designed and painted by the singer herself. Readers can see her go through the process in a video sountracked by the song itself.

"Waiting on You" is Ell's first single since joining the team at Broken Bow Records' Stoney Creek Records imprint. The track comes off of her most recent EP, Worth the Wait.

Ell is currently on the road with Brad Paisley, performing as an opening act on the North American leg of his 2017 Weekend Warrior World Tour.
