The song, which originally written for, but never recorded by Patti Labelle again went to number one in 1989, this time a cover by British pop/soul group Simply Red.

This time around it is the latest single from Martina McBride's collection of classics "Everlasting." The album debuted at number 7 on the Billboard Hot 200 and at the top of the Country Albums chart. Martina is currently on tour supporting the album, which began May 8th in Salina, KA.
