My Opinion on What Matters in ‘Small Town U.S.A.’, with a Little Help from Joey and Rory’s Song ‘That’s Important To Me’ [VIDEO]

I am proud that I call southeast Oklahoma home and that my children are being raised in a small rural community.  

While looking for material to help me express what is important to me, I stumbled across this incredible video by Joey and Rory.....priceless.

The simplest of things are those that hold the highest value.  Hugs, kisses, smiles, and memories are the 'Important Things'.

Possessions, while they are nice and enjoyable at times they will not matter when I leave this rock.

Knowing that I can be me and I don't have to be anyone else, a value I want each of my children to take from my life.

Knowing that I'm not perfect, but that I am who I am and that I enjoyed every experience while participating in this short stay on planet earth.
Keep it simple, 'That's Important To Me'.
