Nashville Loses One Of It’s Best Songwriters

Nashville lost one of it’s songwriters yesterday when Harley Allen died at age 55. All to often the song writers don’t get the credit they deserve, they write the song but the artist get’s all the glory.

Harley Allen wrote country song that were in the Top 40 and some that even went # 1 . And has written song for many country superstars like John Michael Montgomery, Blake Shelton and Alan Jackson. Harley is survived by his wife, Debbie (pictured with him ), daughters Katie and Maggie and son Aaron. For a list of song Harley wrote click on The Boot.
