The 90's looked like I remember in this HD footage of OSU... It's strikingly similar to today. Though, everyone is in sweatshirts, and nobody has a smartphone.

It's almost alien not seeing every single person on their phones... completely cutoff from the world. No walking and texting. Nobody is wearing those familiar white earbuds. Those things didn't exist.

Legal pads and 5-Star notebooks were king of those times. The iPod back then was a cd player with ESP (electronic skip protection). The web was still a young labyrinth of chat rooms.

The biggest indicator of time here is the guy reading a newspaper. Honestly, when I think of history, I remember how papers were how we found out about the world. Now, the web delivers everything, and only the elderly still read the paper.

Good 'ol 1998.
