How to Register to Vote in Oklahoma:

Only people who are 18 years old, U.S. citizens, and Oklahoma residents can register to vote. You can fill out a voter registration application online or you can visit one of the following places:

  • County election board offices
  • Tag agencies
  • Public libraries
  • Post offices
  • State Election Board

However, just because you've filled out a voter registration application doesn’t mean you are register to vote. The next step in the process is to have the county election board approve your application. Once the application is approved you will receive your Voting Identification Card. The State of Oklahoma advises register voters to always keep their voting IDs somewhere safe and you always must bring your ID when it’s time to vote.

Keep in mind that you can’t register to vote 24 days before an election. After you’ve received your voting ID now it’s time to find out which voting place you can head on to cast your vote.

The easiest way to do it is to use one of the polling locators – just type in your address, city, state and zip and the locator will find the closest location near you. You can also call Comanche County Election Office at 580.351.1880. Comanche County is District 4.
