Couch 2 5K says that it’s better to limit your workouts to 30-40 minutes. A higher Intensity workout for shorter amounts of time is just a better workout. Who knew? I was doing it right all along!
I am getting serious about getting healthy. Losing weight, taking better of myself mentally, and beginning once again on my walking regimen. I downloaded the C25K app for my phone, it’s great because it tells you exactly how long and how far to walk everyday.
I signed up for a walk in May, so I have just over 5 weeks to get ready. Who’s with me?
