Red Skelton’s Pledge of Allegiance

Since today is Flag Day, I wanted to share another aspect of this day, a great comedian of his time and his reflection on the Pledge of Allegiance.

It is too bad that many people in this "Country" do not fully understand or appreciate the words that the Pledge of Allegiance stand for.  I hope that they will never tell me in my lifetime that I cannot recite the pledge or that my children and grandchildren are prohibited in school to do the same.
