His detractors call him a pig, but the president-elect may really be more of a bird.

A Chinese factory has been rolling out giant inflatable roosters that look suspiciously like Donald Trump. The factory is making the blow-up animals -- some as big as 65 feet tall -- in advance of the upcoming year of the rooster (and, yeah, we know some people are bound to have fun with the idea of blow-up toy sex jokes, in the wake of the "golden showers" scandal).

Caile Inflatable Products Co. claims the similarities are not intentional and purely coincidental. Sure.

Seattle-based artist Casey Latiolais designed the rooster. "I can definitely say Mr. Trump has a lot of similarities in that he likes to tweet," Latiolais said. "And he also likes to tweet at or around sunrise, and if you take away the fact that roosters are kind of loud and self-absorbed, then I think you can start drawing similarities that way."

Also, "rooster" sounds a lot like "loser" when you say it quickly enough. But we digress.

According to CBS News, about 100 of the roosters have been sold. The roosters initially took off in popularity after a photo of  a statue went viral at the end of December.

The Year of the Rooster begins January 28, eight days after the reign of Trump kicks off.
