A&F filed a motion to dismiss the charges brought to them by the ‘Jersey Shore’ star who claimed the brand stole trademarked phrases from him by using them in t-shirts that mocked him.

But this may be the first time we’ve heard of someone being paid not to a brand’s apparel. Seems retailer Abercrombie & Fitch is no fan of ‘Jersey Shore,’ and even less a fan of Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino — so much so that they’ve offered him cold hard cash to stop wearing their clothes on camera.
