Calling all 'Dancing With the Stars' fans! If you're a fan of the dancing competition show and country music, this is your week. On Tuesday (Oct. 30), Taylor Swift herself will perform live on 'DWTS' to supplement the show's country music episodes.
The wildly popular ‘Dancing with the Stars’ reality show is going country on Tuesday (May 15), with superstar Carrie Underwood scheduled to take the big stage to perform her latest Top 10 chart-climber, ‘Good Girl.’ A choreographed routine will accompany Underwood’s performance of the pop-country anthem.
There’s usually a thick blanket of anxiety that sweeps over contestants and audience members alike when the results portion of the show comes about. Nobody likes seeing their favorites go home, but in this particular results episode of ‘Dancing with the Stars,’ we’re seeing a double elimination. Ouch. Not fun.
After last week’s classic night on ‘Dancing with the Stars,’ one would think that it can’t get any more difficult before they begin the semi-finals. After dealing with Motown Night, ‘Dancing with the Stars‘ decided to crank up the intensity and challenge the dancers even more with Classical Night. After all, classical music is more difficult to dance to in comparison to anything contemporary.
Tuesday nights bring doom for the ‘Dancing with the Stars’ contestants, because one has to turn in their sequins and watch the rest of the competition from home (or at least from a chair in the audience). Who was this season’s first casualty?
After last week’s revelation that none of this season’s performers on ‘Dancing with the Stars’ are mock-worthy, about all we can do now is cheer for our favorites (or, for the snarkier among us, at least hope someone has an off-week).
