Brad Pitt may have just sold his mansion in Malibu, CA, but Ellen DeGeneres spent no time in waiting to snag the home. DeGeneres forked over a cool $12 million for Pitt’s former property, which overlooks the Pacific Ocean and includes two separate homes, a swimming pool, tennis court and private beach access.
