			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Earlier in the week, a massive storm dumped almost 12 inches of rain in less than hour on Montreal, causing the city&#8217;s sewer system to swell. <a href="http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/21134540/vp/43825515">In this amateur video shown on &#8216;Today,&#8217;</a> a cameraman filmed as a geyser of water blew off a manhole cover and lifted a parked car into the air.</p>
<p>The geyser started slowly at first, lifting the car only inches off the ground. But eventually, a massive torrent of water exploded from the sewer system and hoisted the backend of the vehicle several feet off the ground.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>There's no doubt it's been very dry in Texoma. There's also no doubt that residents along the Mississippi River would take our dry conditions in a heartbeat. They're preparing to cope with continued flooding on Thursday as the mighty Mississippi, already at record levels, was set to crest in Vicksburg, Miss. on Thursday morning.</p>
<p>The river was at 57.2 feet in Vicksburg on Wednesday morning, a level well above the previous record of 56.2 feet set on May 4, 1927, according to the <a href="http://www.srh.noaa.gov/jan/?n=2011_05_ms_river_flood" target="_blank">National Weather Service</a>. The river was expected to reach 57.5 feet on Thursday morning, about 14.5 feet over flooding stage.</p>
