I am trying really hard to get back into shape. I've started drinking an Herbalife shake at lunch time and an Herbalife tea in the afternoon (I get them at Pair of Dice Nutrition in East Gore Plaza) and then eat a sensible, low calorie meal at dinner time. I have lost 11 pounds so far! YAY! I just don't seem to find the time (or energy) to go to the gym. It is probably just a terrible excuse, but when I get off work I like to go home and take a nap before David gets home.
