Legendary country singer George Jones will perform the final concert date of his career at Nashville's Bridgestone Arena on Friday, Nov. 22, 2013. The iconic country favorite will be joined by an all-star cast for his big send-off, and now Garth Brooks, Kid Rock, Shelby Lynne, the Oak Ridge Boys and Sam Moore have been announced for the historic event.

But even after more than a decade as one of the most successful recording artists in the world, he hasn’t forgotten the importance of reaching out to those in need.
