Robert Downey Jr. Is Down For ‘Iron Man 4,’ So Just Forget All That Other Stuff He Said
For the last couple of years, Robert Downey Jr. has said that there are no plans for a fourth Iron Man movie — and he hasn’t appeared to be interested in making another one, to be honest. And that fact is seemingly supported by his Marvel contract, which does not include another solo outing beyond Iron Man 3. When (and if) Marvel re-ups the actor’s contract, that could very well be subject to change, when (and if) Downey Jr. is open to it. That time appears to be now.

Marvel Announces ‘Captain America: Civil War’ Live Q&A With Two New Posters
Ever wondered if Robert Downey Jr. really wants to punch Chris Evans in his perfect teeth? Or maybe you’d like to ask (again) if that Black Widow movie is ever happening (couldn’t hurt to keep asking). If you’ve got questions for the cast of Captain America: Civil War, you may be able to get some answers, as Marvel has announced a live Twitter Q&A set for tomorrow, April 26. The studio has additionally revealed two new posters for Civil War, in which our divided Avengers glare menacingly at one another and make us forget that they were ever friends.

Marvel Officially Pulls ‘Inhumans’ From Their Phase 3 Schedule
Last week, when Marvel’s Kevin Feige revealed that Inhumans would be delayed (again) in order to avoid conflict with Disney’s release of Indiana Jones 5, it was sort of assumed that the film would probably disappear from Phase 3 altogether. That assumption has proven correct, as the studio has officially removed Inhumans from their 2019 schedule entirely, leaving us with a couple of questions about what Marvel will do next.

By now you're well-aware that Captain America: Civil War is arriving in just a few weeks, and though we've seen a good amount of footage via trailers, TV spots and photos, there's still one character we've yet to meet: the villainous Baron Zemo, played by Daniel Bruhl. Marvel has finally provided a look at Civil War's big bad (who doesn't look so big or bad), along with a few new images and four (yes, four) magazine covers.

Robert Downey, Jr. Hints at His Role in ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’
Last week, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige said that now that Spider-Man is part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, part of the fun is to have those characters go “back and forth” between their movies. The new Spider-Man makes his first appearance in Marvel’s Captain America: Civil War and now it’s time for someone from the Marvel side to repay the favor in Spider-Man: Homecoming. Could that p

‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ Eyes Michael Keaton to Play Villain Role
It’s all very much happening — following Sony and Marvel’s reveal of the official title and logo for Spider-Man: Homecoming, casting has already begun, as the studios are eyeing Michael Keaton for a villainous role in the web-slinger’s new reboot. Although Vulture was recently rumored to be a villain in the film, it’s unclear if this is the role Keaton would play, though it would keep the Birdman star in familiar, um, territory.

‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ Officially Announced, New Logo Revealed
Last week came word that Sony Pictures may have inadvertently tipped their hand to the official title of the upcoming Spider-Man reboot by registering a few telling web site URLs. Late last night that speculation was confirmed at a CinemaCon panel when star Tom Holland took the stage and announced that the film would officially be called Spider-Man: Homecoming...

‘Guardians of the Galaxy 3’ Is Definitely Part of Marvel’s Phase 4 Plan
James Gunn is currently in production on Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, so when recently asked if he’d return to direct Guardians of the Galaxy 3, the director seemed uncertain about whether he wants to stick with Marvel or move on to something else. Marvel hasn’t formally revealed any of its Phase 4 films, but we’ve all just assumed that another Guardians sequel is part of that plan — according to Kevin Feige, that assumption is correct.

‘Captain America: Civil War’ Promo Revisits the Emotional Journey to a Superhero War
It’s hard not to think that Marvel’s latest promo for Captain America: Civil War was inspired by the fan-made “Road to Civil War” super-cut from a couple of weeks ago. Like that video, the official “The Past Is Prelude” teaser takes us through the evolution of Tony Stark and Steve Rogers, from their first solo films all the way through Avengers: Age of Ultron and into Civil War. It’s much shorter than that fan-made super-cut, but it still packs an emotional punch.
