On August 12, 2016, Operation FINALLY HOME, local builder Hawkins Custom Homes and City National Bank surprised U.S. Army Sgt. Tomas Garcia Jr., along with his wife Candace, and their two daughters, Claudia and Victoria, with the news that they will be receiving a mortgage-free, custom built home in Lawton.

A special town-hall meeting will be held Thursday night at 5p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn in Lawton, so representatives of Operation Finally Home can explain their program to provide homes for military families.
